The area outside was concerning with

a heavy presence of homeless encampments nearby, making me feel uneasy. The rooms were decent and clean, but the overall safety vibe left me unsettled. Staff were courteous, yet improvements in room maintenance are definitely needed.

I had a decent experience here. the breakfast included eggs and waffles, and my Queen room was clean and comfy. The experience did not match the older photos online, but it was acceptable overall.

The shuttle driver provided excellent service, being very pleasant and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and the staff members were friendly and willing to help.

The environment felt unsafe and the noise levels were disruptive beyond acceptable limits.

It's conveniently located, close to the Coliseum, which was perfect for my event. However, the surrounding area felt sketchy, with some homeless encampments nearby. The walls are paper thin, allowing me to hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. I also faced issues with the Wi-Fi being spotty at times, making it frustrating to do some work. The elevators had some issues too. they weren't very reliable. I appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, but I wish the hotel management would improve the noise insulation and clean up the surroundings.

Worn down but clean. noisy parking lot made it hard to relax all night.
